• Develop an organisation responsible for ensuring that the cost of services is kept low and competitive.
• Development and Maintenance of the following databases eg.:
  • Crop production & Yield Database
  • Census Database
  • Economical Indicators Database
  • Industries database (Heavy/ Medium & Small)
  • Educational Facilities in the State Database
  • Health Facilities Database
  • Photo-ID Card Database
• Computer Training.
• Software Export Projects.
• Preparation of Manpower policy for computerisation & Network management.
• Setup State of the art computer lab.
